Today i found someone on freecen 1841 in Scotland. I have no credits on SP but did a search and got no returns for the names with ages that i was looking for and information subsequently found leads me to believe they could be in England and i no longer have an Ancestry account !
Moses Joel b c1795 - description on 1841 Servant Of Hebrew Congn
born Overseas - Foreign
Susan Joel b c1806 England occupation described as Broker who would be his wife
Many thanks

Hello Tracey
sorry i haven't found Moses or Susan but i have found something that you might be able to link in with these people i found an Abraham born about 1849 scotland in the 1861 he is aged 12 and recorded as being the wifes nephew the "aunt" is called Rachel and is aged 22 born scotland her husband is a Jacob Lowenthal aged 39 born in Bavaria and he is a clerk to the board of guardians for the relief of the Jewish Poor .
This Abraham appears in the 1861 1881 1891 & 1901 census'.
I don't know if this will help or hinder you .

Rebecca JOUL, 15, in the Merchant Maidens Hospital in Edinburgh, b. Edinburgh.
Fanny, 29, and Rachael JOEL, 13, in Dundee, both b. Edinburgh, wife and sister-in-law of Benjamin NATHAN.
