1851 Census Update .....

I see that SP have now listed the areas that are missing:

Missing 1851 Census RD

We regret that the following Registration Districts are unavailable at the present time. Every effort is being made to rectify this:

Angus

CARESTON 277
CORTACHY & CLOVA 278
COUPAR ANGUS 279
CRAIG 280
DUN 281

Ayrshire

KILMARNOCK 597

Kincardineshire

STRACHAN 268

Caithness

We are aware of some issues with the Caithness registration districts of Bower, Canisbay, Dunnet and Halkirk.

Hood, Nicholson, Strang, Taylor, Wallace - GLASGOW
Ritchie, Robertson, Smith, Summers - FIFE
Henderson, Montgomery, Rutherford - HAUGH OF URR

i am glad i read this, as i was looking for some people in canisbay a few nights ago and konw that they are definately there! but could i find them :?: no :x

so this is a help to know that there are problems with this area.
