Want to know is,is there anyone else having problems with viewing documents? as i can search pay credits for pages but when i want to view the documewnt the computor freeze's. I have tried on my laptop computor as well and the same thing happens.

Just checked in my account and everything is working fine. I use the direct download option to view images.
Maybe try altering the way you view the images in "My Details" and see if that helps? Don't know what else to suggest at the moment. If it is a problem affecting others, I'm sure we'll hear about it soon!!
