possibility that the family were in
Bothwell 1841.

In 1861 the family are in Airdrie, and mother Janet (now as 49) is as born Peebles,

HI all im new to this site. can any one help please trying to find my GR GR .gran janet vietch she married john thomson in1836 possible if i have the right one, they married in eddleston. then lived in newmonkland airdrie. I cant find any trace of them on the1841 census. any one knoe where I can try next ,have tried scotlands people and IGI. thank you in advance.
