I've got several pages of viewed images at SP. The last couple of pages though, seem to have eliminated the contents of the "description" column, making it very difficult to know exactly what person the image refered to.

Anyone know why this is happening? :(

Hi carmentea32
My descriptions seem to be all present and correct, so I'm not sure what the problem might be.

Best wishes
Lesley

I've not had the description column disappear, but I have had some items go missing in the past. Trouble was, it always seemed to be ones I wanted another look at (sods law) so I started to print out the Page 1 every time I added a new image. I also do it with Searches as I've had one or two of them go AWOL in the past.

If nothing else, at least I have full details of the missing items to inform SP. Strangely enough, not all of them stayed missing for long, but I knew which ones were.

Believe me, it's well worth the minimal effort and a sheet of paper to save frustration.

thanks for the ideas! I think I shall have to do something like that, or if not download all viewed docs and pages just in case.
