Payment problem ?

I have tried a few times today to buy credits on SP but cant.
All it has when it comes to make a payment is
Card Number
Security Code
Expiry date
Name on card

I used to have to chose the card, my address showed up..............this was within the last month but not any more it seems. Is this how it is now or is something wrong with my payment page ?

No, i was going to give it till later or tomorrow to see of it sorts itself, didnt occur to me to send a contact form.

We have had that a few times but found that entering your card number without the usual space between the 4 digit groups worked.

Apparently the number identifies which bank card you are using.

I didnt put the spaces between the numbers so i can count that one out.
And i did check my account to see if there was money in it

Tracy...I also noticed that new payment page doesn't seem to require the "type of card" but it still has my address in there...I just go ahead and enter the info they ask for and I have no problem getting my credits, but I've tried to get on to SP a couple of times today and keep getting "Page cannot be displayed", so maybe SP is having a problem just now!

I asked my sister in law to try for me but she was getting the same "Page cannot be displayed" as you so maybe there are problems.

Had the same freakish thing happen to me for two days last week, and then by some miracle on the third day it was fine, I kept thinking there
was a problem with my card!! Keep trying, or send a contact e-mail.

The other day when I purchased some credits on SP I had the same thing, no card to chose from. I just put in my usual numbers and it worked fine. It must be as mentioned that the numbers identify the card you are using. As said also it had my correct address details there too!!

Same here.....the last time I purchased credits, it didn't ask what type of credit card I was using. I just typed in my credit card number and it was accepted.
