Faint Image

I have downloaded an image from SP and printing enhancing etc make no difference to the street name as I beleive it is just too faint on the original. Is it possible to ask someone at NRH to look at this via email or would I have to do this in person?

Hi Annie,

If you contact SP and let them know about the unreadable certifcate, they will send you a better copy.

I've had this problem many times, and they have always sent me a new copy within a week.
