Scotland's People problems

Normally I've had no problems using the Scotland's People website. Today however, it's taking my money but not showing any documents. EG, I search for a marriage cert, it finds it and says it will cost 5 credits to view, I click 'yes', the credit comes off my total and then there's just a blank screen. Does anyone know if the site is having problems at the moment?

Sounds like a possible problem with one of the plug-ins.
Best option would be to go for a direct download instead and see if this lets you view the images:

To change viewer:
Log in to SP as usual.
You should end up in the "Search Records" tab area. Along the top there are links in purple - click on "My Details". Scroll down to the bottom of this page - the very last item in the section called "Application Options" is "Image Viewer". Click on the drop-down list and choose the option you want. Now click the "Update Details" button.
