Scotlandspeople not working?

Is Scotlandspeople not working or is it just me?
I search for a marriage, it says there are 3, when I first click on view it wants me to buy more credits even though I have 13 left. If I go back and click on view again it just keeps returning me to the home page.

Sorry. I see now that my credits have expired. I've never had that happen to me before. What a silly system.

Welcome to TS - your 13 credits will be re-activated when you buy some more - as you have found there is currently a time limit on them. There are plans afoot to change the system soon (as I understand it). Don't be shy to post on the forum for assistance if needed - we are all willing to help here.

Pardon me for stepping in but I don't believe Ted was able to view your credits on SP. You mentioned yourself how many credits you had in your original post. I can assure you your account information is quite confidential on the SP website!

Jean is quite right - I don't have any magic insite to what you have on SP - your access there is completely private - only you can see it. As Jean says - you mentioned in your original message that you had 13 credits left.

I have been waiting until I have enough things to look up to use 43 credits (30 new and 13 old). It may be a long wait. Today, just hoping, I tried to view something and I could view it and use up my old credits without having to buy any new credits! Have they changed their system or did they just release my credits after I complained to them?

The timed credits now run for 90 days instead of the 7 days they used to have.
