Aberdeen Built Ships

http://www.aberdeenships.com/
This website is useful to search for information about any of the nearly 3,000 recorded ships built in Aberdeen since 1811 and to see what objects are held at Aberdeen Maritime Museum.
Many digitised records of changes of ownership of ships, voyages, news articles.

OK. It's hard to know what's here already. Before I posted I did search for "Aberdeen" in Seafaring but it didn't show on the first pages I checked through. Perhaps my search techniques need refining!

Hi Dorothy yes at times it can be hard to know what's here already. Perhaps Admin can move some to the Sticky: Useful Seafaring Web Sites that may help?

Hugh.

Hi Hugh

Glad this has come up. The thought about re-shuffling this had come up and all of your links deserve a Sticky or something similar.

I have PM'd you about it.
