Hi Allander
Roy here, I found that changing viewers gave me a direct print. The best was the Java, its image was as good as the ActiveX saved and then printed image. I'm still using ActiveX for the speed and saving the images. Are you clicking update details after changing viewer as I got caught out to start with. At the first opportunity I will try another printer just to prove it but I don't think it's a printer problem.

Hi Tony
Well Tony I may have misled you. I raked out my old portable Canon printer that I use for the laptop and I get a print with the ActiveX viewer. So the suggestion on my other post about it being a filter switched on could be right but I've been all through the program and can't find anything. I've been on Lexmarks site help, nothing so I'm going to contact their techie department.
I'll let you know how I get on.
